📷 Camera Usage
Scan&Gen requests access to your device's camera solely to scan QR codes. The camera is never used for any other purpose, and no images or video are recorded, transmitted, or stored outside your device.
🔒 No Personal Data Collected
We do not collect, store, or process any personal information on our servers. We have no user accounts, no registration, and no analytics tied to your identity.
📱 Local Storage Only
Your scan history is saved exclusively on your device. This data never leaves your phone and is not accessible to us or any third party. You can clear your history at any time from within the app.
🤝 Third-Party Sharing
We do not sell or share your data with third parties, with one exception:
- Google AdMob — Scan&Gen displays ads served by Google AdMob. AdMob may collect anonymous, aggregated data (such as device type, ad interactions, and general location) to serve relevant ads. We have no control over this data collection.
